Questions not to ask during a job interview

Interviews involves confidence, research and creating a good rapport. Whoever is hiring you wants to be sure that you are capable of performing the tasks of the job and that you are going to be profitable to the team.

After you’ve been asked series of questions;God bless you, you answered well. You might be required to ask you own questions and this might be where you get it all wrong.

You do not ask questions:

• Already stated on the website.
• That are Obvious
• That the interviewer might not be able to answer. Try not to outsmart the interviewer.
• That are irrelevant to the job or organization.

Sample question not to ask during an interview

• If a start next week, how long until i will get a pay rise?

• How may sick days and holiday days do i get?

• Do i still get paid for a sick day?

• How long is the lunch break?

• What does this company do?

• What is the company policy on internet use?

• Am  i allowed to use Facebook?

• How financially sound is this company?

• How many warnings do you get before you are fired?

• Will i get my own office?
