Questions to ask during a job interview

ask questions

If you are a job candidate,What is the best question to ask in an interview? During an interview (typically at the end) the hiring manager may turn to you and ask “Do you have any questions which you would like to ask me?”

Benefits of asking the right questions

An interview is a two way process (You give information and acquire information) and you need to ensure that the organization is the right one for you.
This is the time for clarification. You don’t have to be shy or intimidated.
By asking smart questions you will be able to decide if that’s the right job for you and you might just impress the interviewer enough to leave a positive image as someone who is comprehensive and professional.

Necessary things to know before you ask your questions

  1. The best questions to ask are open ended questions
  2. Prioritize your questions based on the interview situation
  3. Have 3-5 questions prepared (The more question, better)
  4. Only ask questions that are relevant to the job, department, management, and organization
  5. Only ask questions that you are interested in knowing the answer?
