  1. Never procrastinate.

Procrastinators never get anything done. They are highly unproductive.
  2. Always set goals and live by it.

Living without goals is like having a football pitch without goal post.
  3. Avoid Negative thoughts.

You are a product of your thought.
  4. Be decisive.

A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
  5. Don’t compare yourself with others.

You are unique. You wouldn’t want to sell yourself.
  6. Maintain self-discipline.

This is very important. It is doing the right thing at the right time regardless of how you feel.
  7. Be honest.

This will earn you a lot of recommendation.
  8. Always take to corrections when you are wrong.

Everyone is vulnerable to make mistakes and you are not exempted.
  9. Have self-control.

You shouldn't do all that you feel like doing.
  10. Never embrace mediocrity.

You can attain any height you desire. Don’t settle for less.
  11. Be a good time Manager.

Time wasters are life wasters. Time is money, Time is invaluable. Use it wisely.
  12. Set your priorities right.

Don’t make the Minor the major and vice versa.
  13. De-clutter your mind often.

Clear your mind off all unnecessary things. It makes you think better.
  14. Take responsibility for all your actions.

    This is very honorable.
  15. Be a good team player.

    T- Together  E- Each  A-    Achieve  M- More
  16. Don’t be enslaved by fear.

    F- False, E- Evidence, A- appearing, R-Real
  17. Belief In Yourself

As you think, so you are.
  18. Ask questions.

No man is an island of knowledge.
  19. Have a philosophy of life.

If you don’t have one, get one now.
  20. Don’t be a doubting Thomas.

This is the enemy of oneself.
  21. Have a good reading culture.

You can’t rise above your knowledge, so keep reading.
  22. Develop good communication skills.

Every man needs this skill. It’s a basic requirement of life.
  23. Don’t be a copycat.

Create your own identity or Re-brand yourself.
  24. Learn to be organized.

You can get a plan book. List your daily activities with respect to time.

Build relationships that will help you grow in all ramifications. Don’t be a parasite or a host. Practice Mutualism.
  26. Move out of your comfort zone.

To have your goals transform you, you must set them high. Set them high enough out of your reach to cause you to grow and to stretch; set them high enough to excite your imaginations and motivate you to action.
  27. Don’t be lazy

The soul of the sluggard craves and get nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied- Proverbs 13:5
  28. Be driven by vision/passion and not by survival.

Those driven by survival get exhausted in a long run. But those driven by vision are always renewed.

  30. Bridle your tongue

A gentle tongue is a tree of life, but perverseness in it breaks the spirit. – Proverbs 15:4
  31. Don’t be selfish.

If you think life is all about yourself, you are on a fast lane to destruction.
  32. Know what success is.

People fail not because they don’t work but because they can’t define success.
  33. Let go of old habits.

For the new to come, the old must go.
  34. Say no to arrogance.

Whatever level you are in life, there is still a greater place. Calm down bro, you don’t have it all.
  35. Have a good sense of humor.

This helps lighten your spirit and also of those around you. Take it easy bro, God laughs.
  36. Be Patient.

Patience they say is a virtue.
  37. Don’t make excuses.

    Excuse makers never learn.
  38. Avoid grumbling.

A grumbling spirit will make errors
  39. Do not sleep all night.

This is my favorite part. Check the lives of people who you admire above, They don’t use all night to sleep. They are praying, studying, making research, etc. Diligence makes the difference between success and failure.
  40. Never judge others.

Our elders say “If you point a finger at someone, you have three pointing back at you”.
  41. Be yourself.

There are lots of fake people out there. Don’t join their league. When you try to be like someone else, you gradually lose yourself.
  42. Don’t drink too much.

Wine is a mocker, strong drink a brawler, and whoever is led astray by it is not wise –Proverbs 20:1
  43. Don’t hold grudges.

You will only be hurting yourself. Your heart will be bitter.
  44. Think Big.

Big thinkers are great thinkers. Big thinkers are world leaders.
  45. Don’t oppress people.

    What will you gain?
  46. Reverence God.

“…Let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe…” – Hebrews 12:28
  47. Stay out of debts.

You wouldn’t want to go in and out of your house through the windows. Would you?
  48. Don’t break your promises.

You know how it feels when someone does that to you.
  49. Don’t break hearts.

Ladies, it’s not fair. Guys, it’s just not manly. :P
  50. Get wisdom.

Buy the truth, and sell it not; buy wisdom, instruction and understanding- proverbs 23:23
  51. Stay clear from fornication.

    You can contract STD.
  52. Trade with you talents/skills/gifts.

The gift of a man makes way for him
  53. Use your talent/gift/skill positively.

    This is Self explanatory
  54. Don’t talk too much.

No offense to the sanguine. Speak more, talk less.
  55. Avoid relating with people not heading towards your direction.

You might just forget your route.
  56. Don’t be domineering.

This can be very annoying, especially if it’s from the Choleric.
  57. Be cool tempered.

I guess this should be the opposite of hot tempered. You make silly decisions when you are in hulk mode.
  58. Know your temperament.

This will go a long way to help you contain your excesses and it’ll also help you relate with others well. At least now I can stand extroverts.
  59. Maintain good personal hygiene.

    Good health, good thinking.
  60. Use the magic words always and sincerely.

Please, Thank You, I’m sorry, Excuse me.  Don’t say them if you don’t mean it.
  61. You have to know that life is not all about fun.
  62. Oh yeah!
  63. Respect people’s opinions.

This is not the same as “Accept all opinions”. Be wise.
  64. Give Cheerfully.

As we commonly say, God loves a cheerful giver! If everyone all earth is a giver, no one will lack.
  65. Love yourself/love others

If you don’t love yourself, you can’t love others. If you can stay in the room you farted in, then you can do the same for others. :P
  66. Discover your purpose.

The purpose of life is to live a life of purpose. If you don’t know your purpose, You are not living yet. You just exist.
  67. Be committed to fulfilling your purpose.

It’s not enough for you to identify purpose.
  68. Balance your work with family.

    Most people don’t do this.
  69. Take a break from everything.

I suggest 30 minute in a week to just meditate and reflect on your life.
  70. Solve people’s problem.

You can. Don’t think you can’t. You have something someone else needs.

Hi Olu,

Awesome wisdom buddy! Welcome to CommentDX too. You will love it ;)

26 works for me as do all the tips. I like sprinting out of my comfort zone each day. I push myself quite a bit but re-dedicated myself to sleeping a bit less to get more work done. I rest; work is not my life......but I felt recharged by seeing some of the beggars here in Nepal.

Most people in this world who are horrendously poor have no awareness of prosperity. If I can push myself a bit more each day maybe I can expand this awareness to billions of people. It is one of my goals, and my holding this intent I push myself farther and farther outside of my comfort zone each day, to make a major league difference in this world for everybody.

Thanks Olu, you are wise buddy!

It is pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers will make good content as you did then internet will be a lot more useful than ever before.
