Super Typhoon Haiyan Hits Philippines Children in Need of Urgent Aid

*I recently joined a group of bloggers called Compassion bloggers. We use our personal blog to share  about the needs of children living in poverty. If are on PC, look to the sidebar and you will see the banner*

It was reported that Typhoon Haiyan is three and a half times more  powerful than Hurricane Katrina.

This is the time where we need to come in to help. As much as our prayers are needed, we should help out with immediate needs that can save the situation.

Isa. 58:7 I want you to share your food with the hungry and bring right into your own homes those who are helpless, poor, and destitute. Clothe those who are cold, and don't hide from relatives who need your help.

Isa. 58:8 "If you do these things, God will shed his own glorious light upon you. He will heal you; your godliness will lead you forward, goodness will be a shield before you, and the glory of the Lord will protect you from behind.

Compassion International exists as a Christian child advocacy ministry that helps desolate children. This time around, the Philippine children are in dire need of your help. According to UNICEF around 1.7 million children are believed to be living in areas in the typhoon's path.
